i found all facilities very clean. the staff was communicative and helpful. my sleeping pod provided good comfort. plus, the location near train stations made getting around simple.

The hotel is close to hamamatsucho station and several subway lines. this provided easy access to haneda airport via the tokyo monorail. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, and it made exploring convenient.

the capsule was compact but adequate for sleeping. inside, i found a comfortable mattress and a small shelf. the ventilation system kept the air fresh, and i appreciated having a personal reading light.

the location is good, very close to train stations and convenience stores are nearby.

The locker situation was frustrating. The qr code to unlock it had to be reprinted twice before it worked. some of the showers needed maintenance and cleaning, i noticed leaky pipes. also, the sleeping capsule was too warm, even with a noisy ventilation fan, i found that quite uncomfortable.

The location was really convenient. Public transportation access was just a couple blocks away. I appreciated that the facilities and lockers were very clean even when the hotel was busy.
